L3 D7 done. I should be done by the end of the week. I'm getting bored with this so am looking forward to moving on. I think I liked Ripped in 30 because you changed it up every week but I think I might do some of the videos on the fitness blender site.

I certainly don't agree with her article, I was surprised that she or her team would put it out there. Day 5 done. I don't know, I'm not finding some of the moves getting any easier. Anyone else finding that? I'm particularly finding the jump lunges and the rock star jumps hard. I definitely can't get through the lunges all Natalie and have to switch back and forth between Anita.

I have this dvd but have never done it. I don't have a kettlebell though. Can I still do it with just a dumb bell? Did you find it was a good workout?

Wow, good for you. I honestly don't know if I could go without a rest day. Most of the ones I've taken have been kind of random and I think I took 2 off each for level 1 and 2. I've just done day 3 of level 3 and found I was having a harder time than the first two days so was wondering if I shouldn't take a rest day…

L3D3 done today. I struggled through some of it and didn't feel I did as well as the first 2 days.I wonder if that means that maybe some rest is required. I don't really want to stop though. Does anyone else do that? Take a rest day because you're finding it difficult after a couple of days in a row?

Completed level 3 D1 on Sunday, D2 yesterday and plan on D3 today. I'm a little behind on my posting LOL. I prefer this level than level 2, I'm not sure why exactly but I do. I do struggle getting through a couple of the moves, the jumping lunges for one and the rock star jumps - yikes!

L2 D9 done. I did day 8 on Monday but forgot to check in. Only 1 more day on this level thank goodness. I'm getting really bored with it and am rapidly losing my motivation.

L2 D7 done. I agree, those squats and v raises are killers. My shoulders are so sore and then right into the plank jacks! The other one I really struggle with is the one legged one - I absolutely have no balance!

Day 5 yesterday, Day 6 today. Almost finished this level and looking forward to moving on.

I'm taking a rest day today. It's really humid here today and we don't have air conditioning but we are getting it tomorrow! Hooray!

I did L2 D3 today. I still have a really hard time with balance for the one leg exercise, I have to put my foot down constantly. By the time I do find my balance - we're done LOL. I find the plank jacks really hard on the shoulders after the previous exercise.

I did D2 L2 today. I forgot to log in yesterday after D1. I haven't found it too bad but I can't say I'm necessarily doing double jump rope. L1D9 Done. Wow, some amazing results posted! I'm chicken to measure for fear that I will be so disappointed with lack of results and will lose my motivation. I was already totally unmotivated today. I managed to do it though.One more day of this level to go.
