  • Wow...that was helpful. :grumble: I admit I'm pretty weak, especially my left shoulder which has been severely injured in the past.
  • Thanks for the feedback everyone. Something to go with that, are there exercises that are good for the core that are also easy or helpful for the back. I have a bad lumbar section and I'm scared to do any of the really hard core stuff.
  • Part of the trouble is I work a job where I don't get a lunch break. I get two 15 minute breaks, usually around 11am and again at 230pm or so. There is not enough time to eat a healthy meal.   • I wish I had an answer, but I would like to chime in and say this is a great idea! You're supposed to keep track of your measurements as well as your weight, so adding this to MFP would be a majorly great idea. ETA: You guys posts fast! :laugh:
  • I have one on my upper thigh. My next one is scheduled for May, (mother's day gift, yay!) and will be a red tail hawk. I have three other ideas too, but hubby has to get his next after I get mine. We have to trade off. :wink:
