What's your favorite exercise for toning up your arms, especially the upper arms? Tips on getting rid of the dreaded "muffin top"
Seriously, is there a way to get rid of it? That's where I'm carrying most of my unwanted fat, and I haven't a clue where to even start on getting rid of it. My thighs and upper body are doing pretty well, but I just can't do anything about my waist and belly. Any tips? Thank you! :flowerforyou:

The difference in scales
Okay, here's the thing, which scale do I believe? The doctor's scale, at last check in, showed me at 163. My in-law's scale showed me at 155. I'm guessing (dang it) that the doctor's office scale is more accurate, but I can get to my in-law's scale more often. Also, is any kind of home scale better than another? I can't…

Trouble with breakfast
I find that if I'm good, and eat breakfast in the morning, I'm *starving* a few hours later. But if I skip breakfast, I can easily make it until my lunch/break without needing to eat.
