Okay, here's the thing, which scale do I believe? The doctor's scale, at last check in, showed me at 163. My in-law's scale showed me at 155. I'm guessing (dang it) that the doctor's office scale is more accurate, but I can get to my in-law's scale more often.
Also, is any kind of home scale better than another? I can't afford a really fancy one, but there's a nice simple one at CVS that I thought could work. http://cvs.com/shop/product-detail/CVS-Digital-Body-Scale?skuId=864739
Don't worry, I'm not going to weigh myself every day.
But it sure would be nice to have a scale I can use on a more regular basis.
TIA!
