No, I haven't. Is this where I would squat with weights? Or use the machines at the gym? I don't strength train other than using hand weights. Can you or someone else point me in the direction of what strength training exercises I can do? Thanks!

Exactly. If eaten once in awhile in moderation, I just make them the way that I like, which is with a little butter, good American cheese from the deli, whole wheat bread... yum! I don't want to eat a grilled cheese sprayed with Pam.

I guess it depends what body type you have. I have a very hourglass shaped body, so all my extra weight goes right to my hips and thighs. I hate my thighs~ so I could never wear anything high-cut. I typically wear a 2 piece, and the bottom piece is a skirt that covers my thighs a little.

I don't like the way skim milk tastes.. it's so watery and the slight blue tint to it is weird. lol. I personally like 1% and occasionally 2% if that's all that's in the house. My kids drink whole and on rare occasion I've used that but I look at it like a treat.

I would get your Vit D level checked before taking supplements. I had mine checked and was very deficient. I started supplements and haven't felt the same fatigue. Problem is remembering to take it each day :)
