I am 39 weeks tomorrow and so ready to meet little brother!!

The last month is the most uncomfortable! I think its our bodies way to make labor seem not so frightening. LOL! I haven't been checked and wont be until I go into labor. I am one of those people that just don't need the false hope. I did the same thing with my 1st ;-) I am not as eager to have this little guy as I was the…

At nearly 36 weeks am still doing Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution workout 1 or 2 about once a week (but no abs) along with the elliptical at the gym. My favorite prenatal workout is by Summer Sanders. I haven't tried any of the others though... alexluevano19 is right. I just looked online and my library carries some…

This baby moves WAY more than his big brother and it makes me nervous. LOL! My 1st he never kept me up with his movements but this little boy makes it near impossible to fall asleep some nights. I hope you can find some heartburn relief.

It's so nice to say "I'm due next month" :-) I get up around 3-5 times a night to pee. Its gotten painful to roll over so I started wearing my maternity support belt and that's helped SO much! You might want to give it a try? I think it's so awesome you don't know the baby's gender. What a great surprise that will be when…

2nd pregnancy 5'2 4 weeks - 143.9 32 weeks 5 days - 156.3 Up 12.4 lbs. This pregnancy has been way kinder to my body then the 1st time. I hope it continues to be kind to me while I breastfeed. Last time I struggled to lose weight while nursing.

You've only gained 2.4 lbs at 22.5 weeks!? LUCKY duck :) It could be water weight, it could be baby growth spurt but personally I wouldn't put much thought in it considering you haven't gained your entire pregnancy. LOL!

I think you are doing a fabulous job! Anfd from your profile pix you look great. 8.8 lbs at 18 weeks is pretty fantastic. But 1600 cals seems awfully low to me unless you are also eating back you're exercise calories?? I know its hard to see the scale go up. I have a daily battle with it myself but we are suppose to gain…

I just did Aqua Fit at LA Fitness and enjoyed it. I did water aerobics at the public pool my last pregnancy as well. It's easy on your joints and feels good to be in the water. Its a nice addition to my strength training videos, elliptical, biking and walking workout routine. Aqua Zumba sounds like a BLAST! I say you sign…

I am bumping this as well. I definitely want to try one out this time but have no clue what to get...

Welcome to the group! This has been a great forum. I am due 10/28 with my 2nd. You are more than welcome to add me :)

Destanie_Roby you are doing so awesome!! I hope to emulate you. I'd like to finish this pregnancy with a 20 lb gain. My doctor is on board with that as well.

2nd pregnancy (my 1st was born 1/25/13) Height - 5'3 4 weeks - 143.9 29 weeks - 154.5 Total gain 10.6 lbs

My 1st pregnancy I couldn't handle cooking any meat but I could eat it at a restaurant. Nothing ever sounded good though except fish & chips :) I was SO PICKY! This time my only aversion is bacon. Yuck! I crave fruit! And everything seems to sound good to me. LOL!

How did your chiropractor appt go? Another option worth trying is acupuncture.

I'm one of the lucky few and had my 1st on his due date. Checked into the hospital at 7:30 AM (4cm), epidural at 10:45 AM (5cm), 1 hr and 25 minutes later I was fully dilated to 10cm! I thought for sure I'd be laboring until night time. I also convinced myself that he'd be really late. I thought of 42 weeks as being his…

Thanks Katebrog! I think am going to order one on Amazon now so its here on Friday :)

janetay01 did you end up buying a support band/belt? Today (28 weeks 1 day) was the first time I did not feel great after my workout. And all I did was walk to the gym pushing a stroller and used the elliptical. Part way through the elliptical my lower back started to kill me and I had lower right round ligament pain. I…

I'm sorry you're going through a tough time. I hope your hubby finds a great job soon!

Congrats mama!! You definitely have your hands full  I really like my Summer Sanders prenatal video. I used it last pregnancy too. http://www.amazon.com/Summer-Sanders-Prenatal-Workout/dp/B001VC995S

I think you are doing great! Like Katey said it sounds like a growth spurt. Mine started at 18 weeks and I was gaining like crazy (or what seemed to be crazy to me) and at 25 weeks it totally tapered off and I am back to kind of maintaining at 27 weeks. My last pregnancy I had the growth spurt much sooner. Each pregnancy…

I scored a lot of my maternity clothes from thrift stores! And they're nice, gently used items at ridiculously cheap prices. This is my 2nd pregnancy and I couldn't imagine not having comfy maternity pants or a few outfits that I feel good in. Definitely check out your local thrift and consignment stores as well as…

25 weeks yesterday and up 12.7 lbs

I was a daily weigher (pre regnancy and currently) but decided this morning that I am going to back off a little and try to weigh in once a week. Its going to be a hard adjustment but I think its best for me. I have become too obsessed with the scale. I am struggling watching the number go up and then seeing my non…

I am 22 weeks 2 days. I just saw one last Thursday and have noticed a huge benefit after only 1 adjustment. Friday I was a bit more sore in my right hip (I have hip bursitis and pregnancy has made it worse) and sciatica but since then its been way better. I am going to try and go biweekly or at least once a month. DO IT! I…

22 weeks yesterday and I am up 7.5 lbs. I'll take it!

I have no experience with IGUR but I just wanted to tell you that you aren't a failure. Watching yourself gain weight is hard. I just want you to know I can sorta relate. I hope these next several weeks your little one can catch up. Sending healthy vibes your way.
