This is wrong. A calorie is a calorie whether it's from a piece of broccoli or a burger from Mcdonald's. (In regards to weight loss/weight gain NOT long term health-I am in no way promoting an unhealthy lifestyle).

I calculated mine to be about 2700, yet I can ate 3700 calories/day and lost weight..I'm experimenting at 4500 per day right now, any calculations for TDEE for myself have proven worthless..

Natural peanut butter, whole raw almonds, and raw unsalted dry roasted peanuts are all whole, healthy, and even cheap sources of calories for me.

I weigh myself every morning, after going to the bathroom and before eating. Average the weight from sunday-saturday and that's your weekly weight. Compare weekly weights, not daily weights.

1200 calories=.4 pounds so you put on almost half a pound of fat today if your goal was maintenance. If your goal was 500 below maintenance I wouldn't worry about it though, going 700 over maintenance one meal a month (or even once a week) isn't going to hurt you very much in the long run but I wouldn't make it a habit.

Those are all extremely processed (look at how long the ingredients list is) and as such I would never eat one. If something is completely premade and that cheap it pretty much means it has a bunch of cheap additives and you could be eating much more healthy things.
