soy good for you?

I started drinking soy milk and eating soy foods ie; burgers, sausage, a few years ago. I have been having trouble taking weight off and cannot figure out why. Recently I found out that soy can make it difficult to lose weight. I am now weaning myself off soy and trying to drink fat free lactose free milk and EATING REAL MEAT WOW. I have already noticed a difference and it has only been a week.

Eating soy isn't going to affect your weight loss/gain..the only thing that matters is calories in vs calories out..0
