Hi, I'm the girl on the left of the bottommost photo. How can I look more like the girl on the right?

I'm 5' 2.5", 22, a desk-ridden college student, and eating 1430 calories a day sucks.

I don't know how much I weigh. I don't care. I just think I have 28% body fat (skinfold test in high school) and I'd love to reduce that to 17%.

I think I lied about even being mildly active to this website. I just can't eat 1300-something. To hell with that.

What kind of weight lifting routine should I do to remove the tub that engrosses my abdomen in lard?

I also have a saggy butt and pooch.

Oh, did I forget to mention my thunder thighs?

Seriously, I know I sound derogatory, but I am tired of not being or looking healthy. I always avoided weight lifting growing up. I ran cross country and track, but looked like this nonetheless. I've finally learned that I need to lift serious weights, but I need someone to be my personal trainer for a minute.

The end.

P.S. I don't want a heart attack when I'm 50. Please help me. And pardon the crazy costumes.

Start lifting, bro. What're you asking for help for? Find exercises for muscle groups (loads of information on the internet: [http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/], make routine and GO TO THE GYM AND DO IT. Do now, refine later. There are good apps for smartphones that have lists of exercises for muscle groups and pre-made routines as well (Jefit is one that I know of).
