I did W4D1 today after two rest days. It feels so good getting close to half way, and I'm sure that it will feel much better on the other side.

I finished my Week 3 today. Hi I'm new here. My goals for the coming two weeks - 1. NO JUNK. Cut down sugar consumption (only fresh fruits). 2. Better sleeping, therefore more energy in the morning to workout. 3. Drink at least 4l of water everyday.
