  • I began restricting certain foods because I have a very "all or nothing" personality. I used to be much heavier and cutting things from my diet worked. Then the habit just sort of stuck. Thank you so much for writing that last sentence. I really appreciate your advice, so thank you again.

  • That's so interesting. When I binge it's literally everything I don't eat on a regular basis. So it's been pasta, bread, cookies, candy, and ice cream. Even butter and salt which I never touch.
  • Definitely possible. 114 was too small, and I know that. But seeing that number today was rough. I know it's a morning after a binge and I barely worked out last week but my body just doesn't feel right. I notice a big difference in stomach. It's "fluffier" than I'm used to. I just don't want this to be a slippery slope…
