Lol I didn't either! I am from Ohio and have barely ever seen them. My boyfriend loves them, he is from Ohio too but a much smaller country town. He eats his with sugar, honey and milk. WAYYY sweet! He wouldn't even consider putting butter, salt and pepper on lol.

I usually only have 2 eggs (or egg whites). No sugar in my coffee, half the cream. I don't eat things like yogurt with big meals, I usually do that for breakfast or a snack if I'm hungry and know a meal isn't coming soon.

i'm a little over 5'6....closer to 5'7. My goal weight was 145, but I recently hit the 148 mark and still have a lot to go I realized. My new goal is 140, but with muscle!

Yeah I used to work in a bar too, but I wouldn't have minded if people brought in crystal light. I used to drink that myself from home. Now if they brought in their own lemonade, soda, etc..thatd be weird. But crystal light is no big thing :)
