5'6-5'7, 140-150 lbs
So this might be a little bit of an odd post, but I was hoping to get a little help from fellow MFP-ers. I am a 5'6 (and a half, very important half) and weigh about 144 right now. I put on alot of weight after that, and finally decided one day I needed…

It suggests that I consume 1330 calories a day and usually I fall a 100 or so short. If I have a good workout then sometimes it can be 600 or more short. I feel like I am eating enough…
