Mostly meatless and Calorie Goals

I eat mostly vegetarian style meals, occasionally having fish. That being said, I am having a really hard time reaching my calorie goal. It suggests that I consume 1330 calories a day and usually I fall a 100 or so short. If I have a good workout then sometimes it can be 600 or more short. I feel like I am eating enough and I never feeling starved. Any suggestions? I don't want to deprive my body but I don't like to eat when I'm not hungry because thats when I tend to pitfall into binge or bad eating.

Just know this for starters:
There is no "right time" to consume your total calories for the day. Meaning that you can consume those 1330 calories within however amount of meals you want (ie. 2, 6, 10). Eat when hungry as long as you get as close to consuming those 1330 calories as possible.0
