It is a sad atrocity. Yet it is important to remember that the world is filled will problems. 31 people were killed in Baghdad today and roughly 100 injured. No one prays for them. People tend to focus only on situations in the western world and ignore those elsewhere.

Well I am from Britain and I have an 88% lower BMI that most females in my age group and 66% lower globally! I think that made my day! I am most like someone from East Timor, which I now know to be a small state on a tiny island in South-East Asia (after a quick google) :D

I am starting a new six form college next year, so I want to be fitter before I join:) (Six form College is for the USA equivalent of Junior and Senior year) I am currently doing the 30 day shred, as I want to be fitter before I go on holiday in a months time!
