    Ow. done. didn't have any weights or edges, so I did 150 standing, then 60 single foot per side. just to feel the burn. anyway I don't count so well. ;)

    Sorry, I replied to the wrong day for this challenge...

    Completed...200 and found that the ledge of the shower threshold was a great place to do these risers. The shower is in the back part of the house so I had to walk back there for each of the sets adding to the calorie burn. Thanks.

    100 with a pair of 10 pound weights
    100 without, standing on level ground, actually last 50 in the shower after the workout to finish :)
