    MONDAY: 100 CRUNCHES

    TUESDAY: 100 SQUATS

    WEDNESDAY:100 OVERHEAD PRESSES

    THURSDAY: 200 CALF RAISES

    FRIDAY : 100 PUSH-UPS (any kind)


    I am assuming that today's challenge is 100 push ups? I do standing with my feet 4 to 5 feet from the counter, does that count? Off to do them regardless, lol.

    Completed with 2 five pound weights!

    Friday's Challenge...100 pushups done this morning! Can't wait for next week.

    Completed Thursday's challenge at 11:10pm last night, but didn't log back in to reply...my calves are very achy this morning - good achy though.
    I'll have to work on the push ups today - not my strong ares :{

    Finished these last night just never posted done :) ... now about those pushups.. haha.... I can try but I honestly don't think i can squeeze out that many. my arms hate me.... but i shall try...

    Hi, Despite being terribly sore in every part of my body, I have really enjoyed your mini challenges this week (sorry, I was way too sore to manage the calf one though !). I am wondering if there is a way to change my settings so that your challenges automatically appear on my personal page each time you post one? Thanks again for posting these!
