Good Idea!! I had foot surgery 3 weeks ago, so I can't start yet...but when I get clearance from the doc I'm gonna start. I noticed someone mentioned doing squats,too. I think I'm gonna try both. Maybe I'll alternate it with my running days.0

I did the first 85, took a 10 sec break then did the next 15...took a one minute break and completed the last 100 with 10 sec breaks in between where I needed them.0 -

haha sometimes desk jobs can be good Also... I'm in. I know I'll definitely be feeling these buut might as well0
