I am in about the same boat, I have atleast 80 pounds to lose, I am finding it really hard to get my body to respond to losing weight. I have on IFP for about two months I think. I am also looking for friends on the program to keep me going and to give me the support to keep me motivated.

I did a test one day and weighted myself three times at different times of the day, and in the morning I weighted 231, in the afternoon it said 226, then in the evening it said 235. I need some Ideas also, I am at a stand still and my water weight flluctuates like six pounds a week. I dont understand it. I can't get over this plateau. and I have alot ot weight to lose.

The scale does suck, I am constantly fighting the scale myself. Last week I weighted 229 at the dr's office, and this week I weighted in at 232. But then weighted myself six hours later and I was down to 230. I don't get it. I see a DR for my weight, he has me on 3- 37.5 mg tabs of phentermine and 75mg of toperimate a day…

I just joined a week and a half ago, and I am looking for some serious friends to lose weight with, I have alot to lose and need motivated and positive ppl to support me also. I have been trying to lose weight for a year now, the weight loss dr is baffled by my stubborn body fat.

I now weight 230 and I am 5'8" tall and I am unemployed. I start work this week.

I do measure my portions and I drink about a gallon of water a day.. and I exercise atleast 5 days a week of aerobic walking.

How much more should I be eating. I don't want to gain anymore weight. I have the Dr's baffled to what is going on w my weight loss.
