I lost 100lbs by walking 2-5 miles a day for 1 year. Eating junk food and lots of it to.

Been drinking 9 cups a day for a month now. The constant peeing is improving, if ever so slowly. But my cellulite is def getting better, and I hardly bloat during my period.

I wondered this to. Unless someone has a better explanation I would just edit the calorie level manually to what you plan to eat for that day.

Well thats simple enough. Lol. With either one, do I have to worry about anyone taking my money? Government, student loans, banks? I mean, I understand about eliminating consumer debt first, and only have about 4000 in student debt. I don't know about what the government can do and not do though.

I never said theres anything wrong with it. Hell I just ate a deep dish pizza. I just said its obviously not the best food for you, some of those foods are just plain deteriorating to your health really. Youre right about moderation and balance.. which in turn doesn't make it so bad.

Yep thats all true. Why not just watch what you eat (marcos) while eating at a calorie deflict for better results? Two birds with one stone. Unless she's not in a hurry.

How is that bad advice? Really I guess it depends on what your goals are. You can eat crap and still lose weight at a calorie deflict..but you're gonna look like crap. Well models should also represent health while they're at it. Nothing wrong with fantasy models, just not enough average ones out there. Everywhere you turn you see size 0 models. No wonder girls who are Kate's size think they're fat..

Hahaha every birthday I have I always eat tons of ****. Fried chicken, german chocolate cake, ice cream, candy bars, cheetos, cheese dip, sodas, fries, vodka, etc. About 6-7000 calories worth. I'm still losing weight, inches. It's one day, and it's not going to hinder your long term weight loss.
