I need a day off sorry! No work out today I am really tired and sore!

Ok yesterday i worked out for 20 mins running and 10 mins weights today i worked out 15 mins running and 10 mins weights!

I started my workout week yesterday! I workout for 107 mins! 22 mins on the Stair-treadmill and 10 mins weights! then i walked around for 45 mins and the did stairs for 30 mins with a my 9 month old on the front of me!

I don't have all the things you have going on but i have a almost 3 yrs and a 9 1/2 month old and you need to just make time for you! i am here if you need to talk!
