Who's interested in joining a 5 day (Monday-Friday) exercise challenge for the coming week?
The parameters will be really loose - whatever exercise you choose, for however long you'd like, but the goal is to fit something in daily, from Monday-Friday, and report in here what you've done.

I started my workout week yesterday! I workout for 107 mins! 22 mins on the Stair-treadmill and 10 mins weights! then i walked around for 45 mins and the did stairs for 30 mins with a my 9 month old on the front of me!0

I did the Biggest loser power walk session one and two today. 32 min for two miles. A nice change from the elliptical.0
