I have this problem too. I lost like 10 - 15 pounds and no one has said anything (people I don't see all the time). Sometimes if I wear a certain outfit people notice but if I wear something that doesn't lets say....show off my "slimmer" body, no one says anything. Oh well. I think of it as an accomplishment for myself.…

This happens to me ALL the time!!! First it says 189 in the morning then it says 186 in the afternoon???? HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE??!!?!??!!?!?!?!? I pretty much just go with the one that repeats the most when I step on the scale. So if 188 is it that's what I go with....

Yeah I am. It's going to be hard since most of the stuff that my family makes is a form of delicious matzo with oil.... :/ I guess I have to really control myself and exercise twice as much if I want all the goodies during the holiday!
