I am new to this too! I am hoping this site motivates me to exercise and eat right. I used to keep a food diary in a journal but it really didn't work. I hope keeping it online where it calculates everything benefits me a little more to reach my goal. I am looking to lose about 40 - 50 lbs! (Get down to about 140 HOPEFULLY!)
