I also walk on my break at work. I have a smart phone and downloaded a cardo tracker and it gps's my location counts my steps, and allows me to listen at music while I am walking...it is a good way to releave stress at work and normally I burn a quick 60-100 calories. Hopet his helps and good luck....

Good Question I am in the same boat..but I haven't had dinner...I was going to eat baked chicken breast...is it to late to eat that hearvy?

thanks everyone so far for the tips....I think I was way off count with the calories that I assumed was in each drink...maybe I didn't consume as many calories as I thought... You guys are great ....thanks again

congrats...do you mind sharing your food and diet routine.. I am lost I just started diet a week ago and I don't have a diet or routine just trying to cut back and walk everyday. I wish I could just see an example of what someone else has done and maybe mirror that until I find something that works for me.... Thanks
