  • I hit play last night and I really needed that! It felt so Awesome to get it done. Hopefully that is the beginning of my upswing!
  • 5'8" started at 183 and am at 159.....but my goal is 140 to 145.
  • I have a Polar also and I just hit silent on the tones....I got tired of hearing it chirping at me. I love using it, just couldn't stand the noise.

  • That is so true. I just kind of needed to vent a little. Sorry....it sometimes help me refocus on what I need to do and what is really important.
  • You will be ok I am sure of it. Good job at not eating more. Exercise is a great way to relieve stress, sometimes when I am really mad at someone I have the BEST workouts! :wink:
  • With your journey I am sure you have alot to say. I know when I add friends I almost always check out their profile first.
  • We all struggle from time to time, and that is part of our journey! What really matters is that you are back in the game and ready to refocus. Just jump in with both feet and figure out what works for you. You will do amazing I am sure and we are all here to help you on the way if you need encouragement.
  • I am redoing week 4. I struggled last week because I had so much going on. Back in it this week though and will be hitting play tonight. and then hope to be back into mornings tomorrow. And then off to bed early!

  • Managed to get my workout in last night, but still couldn't get up this morning to workout. I will see what tonight brings and if nothing else double up tomorrow.

  • Ok Ladies. TOM came to visit yesterday and the first 2 days are killer....I managed to workout yesterday, but this morning I was in so much pain that I actually thought about calling out of work. I will have to either try to workout later tonight or make up for it Thursday which is a vacation day from work.......

  • I still modify some, because I have issues with my feet. For me that is just the way it is. I hope you accomplish your goal of no modification. Also If you like Turbo Fire with the kicking and punching you would love Combat.
  • I am not much of a Monday person either and often struggle with gettinp up at 5 on Monday Mornings. I didn't get my double in yesterday, so will be doing my abs today and then stretch tomorrow......This week I lost 1.5 pounds and 1/4 inch from my waist, other then that there really wasn't much change. Have a GREAT weekend…

  • Definitely can be done! Nutrition and Proper level of fitness will be very important. Don't over train though. You can totally do this!
  • Finally Friday! Today is double day for me and ending week 3. I did Total Body Circuit this morning and it was a little challenging (second time for this one this week). I will do my Abs this evening, since I just don't have enough time to do an hour in the morning.

  • It is a life change I agree. Doing it the right way you are more likely to keep it off. You have done an amazing job so far. Just keep on doing what you are doing and you will be fine. The other thing to look at is measurements...I try to focus on that more then I do the scale, because the scale can be quite stubborn.

  • Since I am doing Beach Body programs I reward myself when I finish a program. The last reward I gave myself was a massage. I have also done rewards of fitness related items, heart rate monitor, clothing, shoes.
  • The moves do get easier as with any program. I don't always try to keep up with them. I focus on keeping the right form. I still get a GREAT workout! I am on week 3.
  • I let everyone pretty much know that I am changing my lifestyle. I don't say I am on a diet. They know I watch my calories and sugar intake. I also come prepared. I always have some healthier choices in my drawer at work, so if I am tempted I have an option to eat something that is better for me.

  • So I didn't get my doubles in yesterday, I fell asleep in the chair. I did Day 2 of week 2 this morning and am going to try again tonight to get a 2nd workout in so that I am back on track. My calorie burns are a little lower then they were the first week, but I guess and am hoping it is because I am getting stronger.
