My name is Jo and I recently started running again. I love how it makes me feel and the mental stability it provides me. I have not been able to do a 5K yet, since the weather has not cooperated this year at all. I have started getting up and running at 5 AM so I can get it done before my long day of work. My goal is going…

I love my home workouts. I refuse to pay for a gym membership. I workout at home using beach body programs and then am part of a group where I post accountability pics and we share information about struggles & success in addition to using MFP. Find something you like.

Depending on what workout prgram you are doing or exercise routine...you may really need to up your calories....I was like that when I was only eating 1200 calories...Now I shoot for 1500 calories and if I have a heavy workout day I may eat more. You might need to evaluate your calorie intake.

I like to reward myself with something fitness related. Workout clothing, weights, new program....or a massage..... I find that it helps keep me going to reward myself once in a while.
