Not new, but starting over!
I have been on here for a good while, but really lost my focus, so I am STARTING over! It has been a crazy year for me and just when I thought things were settling down, we had an 18 year old addition to our house and I totally lost any workout space I had. Since I have no privacy any more, lost my workout space, and the…

Lost motivation....please help.
I have had some medical issues lately and have had to take some time off. I am having a challenging time getting back into it. I was so faithful at logging on here both my nutrition and my workouts...I find it very challenging to log, much less workout. Any words of wisdom, advise, or motivation are greatly appreciated.

I find that at times I push myself so hard that I vomit. I take a mini break and get right back in there and finish my workout. Just wondering if anyone else does the same thing. Do you ever push yourself to that point? Do you stop if you get sick??

To eat or not to eat?
Cravings can sometimes get the best of me, so I have come to the conclusion that a little doesn't hurt. At least if I have a little of what I am craving (sometimes that might just be one bite) it goes a long way. Do you give into your cravings or do you try to push through the craving without giving in?

Think I got my MOJO Back!
I have been struggling a bit lately, but decided yesterday that it wasn't going to get the best of me. The easy thing would be to say the heck with it and just quit or take an extended break. So after getting on the scale yesterday and finding that I was officially out of the 160 club I decided to pick myself up and put on…

I have been trying to post more NSV moments lately, because so many people focus on the scale. For me the NSV moments are just as important or more important then that number on the scale. A couple more recent moments for me have been: 1. Being able to pull my pants down over my hips without unzipping them. So I brought…
