  • Had a major headache yesterday, so didn't hit play. I got up this morning and did my Focus Cardio Day 1 of Week 2 and tonight will do my workout that is scheduled for today!

  • I have trouble with my feet and found the shoes I am wearing make a HUGE difference, also I have to modify some of the moves that involve alot of jumping. I still get a good workout, but take out the intensity in my feet........Drop me a message if you want to chat more.
  • I do believe it is less intense then Insanity from what I have been hearing, but it is pretty intense! I just finished day 5.

  • Today is Day 4 for me and hard to believe that I am almost through the first week. I love the quick workouts and am getting a nice burn from them. I look forward to tracking my results each week.

  • I am just incorporating some of the foods...and trying to stay in the calorie range....with good healthy choices....I know probably won't get the same results, but that is what is right for me.
  • I started on Monday, was nice because I was still on vacation. I have been averaging about a 300 calorie burn so far. I had to go back to work today, and didn't sleep well last night. I am usually a early morning workout person...like 5 am. Didn't make it up today, so I guess I will be hitting play tonight on Day 4. Wow…

  • Officially Started on Monday. I am loving it I average about 300 + calorie burn with each workout....today was an exception and I was at 275, but I will make up for it. I am sweating about 5 minutes into the workout....Awesome!

  • You will get the best results if you follow the nutrition plan that came with the program. Also on team beach body if you do the membership you get access to mean plans.

  • Sorry I am so late at posting....CRAZY at work. I got my HIIT 1 Done last night and bumped my weight up. I never get a great burn with doing HIIT, but I have to remember it isn't cardio it is strength training. Tonight is Kata 45 and then tomorrow is my last day! Hope everyone is getting in a great workoug.

  • If you wear a heart rate monitor you can go under exercise and create it with the time and your burn and then going forward you would just click the My Exercise tab and update your calorie burn. That is what I do with my Les Mills Combat! Good luck and if you need help drop me a private message.
