I don't use anything other them a heart rate monitor and some hand weights. I don't use the gloves, but I know alot of people that do. I am on the count down and only have about 9 days left. Gang, I slept in a bit this morning and didn't do my 5 am workout. I figure I get off work early today, so I have all afternoon. Sorry I didn't check in yesterday. I took a vacation day and got alot done...and some pool time ( a little to much sun). I got up this morning and Hit Live Cardio Fighter with a burn of 442 calories. Kata 45 this morning @ 5....I am finding I have a better burn in the mornings then in the evenings.....I guess I am not as tired if I do it in the moring, so I put more into it.

As you get further into it, it is a scheduled workout...It is a great workout....a little different from the regular one....but Fun!

Agree that Combat is my soul mate workout so far also. I know Focus T25 sounds awesome..... 25 minutes a day 5 days a week.....anyone can make time for that!

Trust me it helps to imagine someone you are mad at! LOL, you will get a Great workout! Also I agree with writing out your plan, and be sure to post it...use Wowy Supergym.....post it here....log it....what ever it takes, and don't be afraid to tell on yourself also..It helps me get motivated.

I was a couple weeks in and had to start over once. I got up entirely to early this morning (3:30), so no walk this moening. Just got home, so I think I am going to take a power nap and then hit play on the workout I missed yesterday and maybe get on the treadmill. Hope eveyone is having a great weeken.

I need to get my 30 day pics done by my daughter this week also....I don't know what I am going to do when she leaves Sunday.....She won't be able to take my 60 day pics....Tripod and timer....maybe I can figure it out.

I ordered Brazil Butt Lift...but am debating between that, doing another round of P90X or Combat, or ordering the new Focust T25 (25 minute) workout program that comes out later this month. When are you taking your result pictures? Weight loss I would rec. P90X, Insanity, or Focus T25.

Today is my rest day, so I got to sleep in a little bit this morning, although I wish I had still gotten up and did a workout this morning at 5. I will probably workout and do something tonight, since the weather is crappy here and I won't be able to go for a walk or do anything outside. Have a Great day!
