5 A.M.workout done day 2 of mornings. Kata 45 on the books this morning witha 372 calorie burn. I feel AMAZING! I am really enjoying having my evenings free. I managed to get in a 30 minute walk last night along with my Squats. Hope everyone is having a Wonderful Day!

Last night was Extreme Cardio 60, burned 522 Calories. Revisiting morning workouts today. Got up at 5 and did HIIT 1 Power this morning and burned 271 calories....Why did I ever quit doing morning workouts? I love the way I feel starting the day after a good workout and shower...Hope everyone else is having a wonderful…

Tough for me to check in on weekends, so a quick update! Saturday was Kick Start 30 and Sunday was my rest day, but I decluttered, cleaned and moved furnitures for 4 hours! I am feeling it today! Tonight is Extreme Cardio 60! I am so ready! I need to get my muscles moving tonight and hoping to get my 30 day pictures…

When that happens to me I just try to balance it out! It doesn't happen every day, but once in a while you have one of those crazy days, and I find that it works out...I might be super hungry and eat a little over then next day, but that is ok and I don't feel guilty about doing that.

Last night was Extreme Cardio 60. I burned 598 calories and added 80 squats to it for good measure. I really was thinking about going to bed early, but changed my mind and so glad I did! I am hoping to get in an even better burn today, since I get off work early today! Hope everyone has a good weekend!

Thrift stores are a great place to buy clothing also!

I also didn't really have to do alot of shopping, but had to go through my closet when I could pull my pants over my hips with out unzipping or unbuttoning them.

I had done 1 and half workouts the night before to stay on track...and was going to redo the entire workout Kata 45, but decided to take my scheduled rest day! I needed it...I did get in some squats and a few other things. Tonight I will be back on schedule. Hope everyone is doing well!

The more you do it the easier it gets......and the harder you can push yourself.

I personally have mine set to 1700 calories and that works for me. You may find that by bumping it up you might drop a few. I lost 6 lbs in a month when I bumped mine up.

Last night I was going to do doubles, I made it through Kick Start 30 and about 20 minutes of Kata 45 and I was done! Tonight is my rest night and I will probably do the Kata 45 workout to stay on track! With Kick Start 30 I burned 253 Calories and with what I did on teh Kata 45 I burned an additional 207 calories. I do wear a heart rate monitro and my burns on combat for a 3 minute workout is usually 250 or more...There are a lot of factors that go into it though.....You can check my diary...it shows my my burn...tonight I am doing doubles, so it will be a little different.

Michelle, I am 30 days in and Love it! I am getting ready to do my 30 day pictures. So when I do I will let y'all know. But I feel like I have made some Great improvements in 30 days.

Well since I had taken the night off on Monday I went ahead and did my Tuesday workout Combat 60 Cardio Fighter, and will do doubles tonight with Kick Start 30 and Kata 45. Yesterday was my day 30! I am half way there!

I actually did start with P90X for my first program! It was a challenge, but I loved it and did get some pretty good results! I am currently doing Combat. Enjoy your program!
