  • Well if it is to large to be cellulite, you should see a doctor. If it is cellulite...and you are doing the right things it will decrease.
  • Just do your best...you can do it! Each week my burn is different....and it changes as I lose weight also...I did't like Plyo when I started, but it gets easier, trust me..Practice makes perfect.

  • I know it really is a big difference! I love mine and try not to exercise without it!
  • Last night was my rest night, but do you think I rested, heck no! I got in the pool and swam for 30 minutes and then went for a 30 minute power walk! Back at it tonight with Power Kata 45, hopefully another swim and walk also!
  • That is where I keep my Heart Rate Monitor, is down stairs where I workout!
  • I feel that way sometimes when I do doubles! I struggle sometimes to get through the second workout, but I do it and stay on track!
  • That is GREAT! I am glad you are able to stick to morning workouts. I can't seem to get my butt out of bed for that....I am in the middle of week 4, and am close to taking my 30 day pictures...I think there will be a difference...

I do have weights that i can use that strap on so we'll see how it goes. I'll just be amazed if I make it thru the workout! Hope it goes well! :) [/quote] I don't use the gloves and I still love…

  • In my opinion a Heart rate monitor with a strap is the way to go...You can program in your age, and weight, it is fairly accurate. I wear mine every time I work out and even when I am on a good focused walk. Wish I had gotten one sooner.
