I agree log everything. I really started to drop some weight when I did......even when I was sick and couldn't workout. The calories and sugars are hidden in alot of things and it is easy to eat a little here and there and before you know you know it you have a bunch of extra calories. Keep you chin up, you can do this.

I find motivational quotes or pictues of my ideal body/ abs and have one set as my wall paper at work and a different one on my home computer. I stay active on here and Facebook in fitness motivation groups. Definitely talking about it to someone else that has gone through some of the same things helps. Drop me a message…

I strictly workout at home! I find it easier to get in if I do it in the mornings, since there are less distractions. Also I have several programs I can choose from and free weights. I have thought about a gym membership with my daughter, but decided that I am not sure I would get the full benefit of it.

Good for you.. Give it time you will start to notice a difference... For me to notice a difference it is best for me to look at before and after pictures. I can't usually just tell by looking in the mirror!

I was at my largest at 183 and was pushing to the next size in my pants, was depressed and tired all the time.....my self esteem was in the toilet......I decided I was going to get back into some of my old clothing and wasn't going up another size...so I started doing P90X with my daughter. I saw results and was…

P90X was my first BB Program and I loved it. I got some really good results from it and decided I was going to try another program, but will definitely go back to it. Have fun with it.

I am doing Combat at home and use a heart rate monitor to track mine. Every person is different, so really that is the best way.

I have plantar fascitits and spurs in both feet. I have to alter alot of exercises..........No jumping jacks.....I really have to look at taking impact out of my workouts.......I use a frozen water bottle also on a regular basis.

I Have not personally done this program. I have done P90X, working on Combat now, dabbled in Hip Hop Abs & Rev Abs. With any of the programs I have done I usually do gain the first couple weeks, but it is muscle and the pictures are really the best judge along with a tape measure. Good luck! Keep me posted! You can add me…

I have the same one from www.bodytronics.com think I paid uner $60 for it. I also LOVE mine. I use it even when I go on walks.... I find they are a great tool and definitely worth the investment.

My thoughts exactly.

I understand, although my Boy Friend is over weight and doesn't try to eat healthy......I try to make good choices at the store and he gets cookies, cakes, chips.....I have found also that everyone's metabolism is different. I have to make the right choices for me and yes sometimes they are tough choices.

That is a huge difference! Muscle takes up way less space then fat. I was amazed when I took my Before and progress pictures!
-
I am sorry you feel that way. It does take time! Are you doing an exercise program also? I know it can be bothersom to want the results now and not be seeing them. I also am wanting an awesome transformation. It never happens quick enough for me. I am more mad at myself for letting myself get to this point....I used to be…

I will share with you that anytime I start a new workout program I gain....I am building muscle under the fat....it takes a while but then it does come around. Have you done before and after pictures? For me that is where I saw the biggest difference. You can add me as a friend if you like.

I went through that also....I am 5'8" also. I found that I had to be really honest with myself about what I was eating and drinking. That is when I started using MFP and lost 6 pounds in about a month. I also drink NO Soda. I chang my routine on a regular basis, so that I am not doing the same thing all the time. Add me as…

We really do all have those days when we feel like throwing in the towel. Don't give up...I got up this morning and because it is that time of month gained 2 lbs...but you know what I pick my self up and keep on getting it. One bad day or splurge isn't going to ruin things. I just try to focus on what I can do right today…

I mix hip hop abs in once in a while with my Combat!
-
When I was going through that, I had to seriously evaluate my calorie intake and up it. I also drink alot (gallon) of water a day. When I found that I was building more muscle it was taking more for my body to function properly.....It definitely is a personal journey and no two people are alike. There is a lot to…

I started at 183, and set my ultimate goal to be in the 140's...Then I broke it down into smaller goals. Under 170 by the end of April and yesterday I made it to 169....Now my goal is to get into the the lower 160's by then middle of May.....I find that if I set smaller goals it doesn't seem so unacheivable. That and when…

Water all the way BABY! I try to drink a gallon a day!

My thoughts are there is nothing wrong with changing things up. It keeps the muscles confused. I say go with your gut! Deep down you probably have an idea of what you really want to do! I say GO FOR IT what ever it is!!!!!!
-
Do you have any other Beach Body programs? P90X is a great one, or I love Combat.... Or heck do another round of Insanity!
