  • Took me forever to figure out low glycemic load foods. It was the missing link to healthier eating. I'll soon be down 46 pounds. I'm very inspired by your quest.
  • Focus on eliminating "bread, beer, pizza, pasta, cookies and cake". In other words, reduce bad carbs and empty calories. Next DONT eat after 6 pm. Lastly exercise 3 times a week for 30 min. Then if you must count calories, allow 1500-1800 a day.
  • Personally, never eating pizza, drinking beer, having a cheese burger or some french fries is something I refuse to accept.   • I've always tried to watch my weight but beer has been a love of my entire life. Now 49 pushing 50 I found myself 5' 11' and having been as much as 220. I'm down to 203 from 210 12 days in to the program. You know what to do, just do it.
  • Japan, that's awesome! Lots of good food choices for a healthy lifestyle. Knowing you're not alone in achieving your goal is huge for me. I'm into my 12th day of logging in 6 pounds down and 18 to go.
