Haha, yes eating more food is my thing. I may try to do a little bit of cardio after core and arm day. Even it is only 20-30 minutes on the elliptical. Thanks!

Thank you. I do like Zumba, and that is an hour long class. I'm just terrible at running which is one of the only other cardio things at the gym.

I've got some muffin top going on as well. I'm doing the 30 day shred right now which has helped but other than that I do dance workouts that make me move side to side or I look up muffin top workouts on Pintrest. Good luck!

Well I've started a new workout and I was really excited to start seeing a little bit of results but the scale didn't move today so I was trying to figure out if it was because of Aunt flow. I know most women retain more water during menstration. Ugh

I need to know too! I bought a regular scale trying to save money and I hate it! I plan on investing in a digital scale very soon. I heard there is a weight watchers brand digital scale that some people like so that's an option

I agree with the HIT interval training stuff. It is supposed to double the amount of calories you lose. Worth a try if you can push yourself

Most people put it under circuit training. I think a whole video burns around 340 calories which doesn't seem like much but people get good results

I eat what I want with modifications. Instead of chips I have fruit or a salad or a small portion of goldfish/pretzels etc. I still eat sandwiches but on whole wheat bread, I feel like I am doing okay but I'll try to check out that thread

I think MFP has me around 1350, somedays 1600 so no need to slap me around.haha I don't starve that is for sure and while I am eating better I am not going to be sacrificing every food I love.
