Need some exercises to slim down my sides!

Hi!

Right, this might sound a bit odd but I have a relatively flat stomach but the bits I need to tone up are my hips and sides.. Its like ive got a muffin top everywhere but at my front! How do I get rid of this?!

    This is true.

    While you reduce bodyfat, you can build those oblique muscles. However, it's tricky because not a lot of women want to have broad sides. So you can do dumbbell side dips to grow that muscle, but it will make your sides big. Some people do really light weight to stimulate some muscle growth, and then stop training it. Other people do side planks with hip dips (no weight).

    It's ultimately your call, but the first thing to do is reduce overall bodyfat and eventually the fat cells in those areas will shrink.

    I've got some muffin top going on as well. I'm doing the 30 day shred right now which has helped but other than that I do dance workouts that make me move side to side or I look up muffin top workouts on Pintrest. Good luck!
