I want to cosplay Sheik (Ocarina of Time) and Samus from my favorite video games. And Detective Karrin Murphy from the Dresden Files. Sarah Connor & Ellen Ripley too, of course. Plus any elf, mage, warrior, ranger, assassin, rogue etc that happens to strike my fancy.

"Weight-loss" supplements aren't worth the price. I do take a few dietary supplements to fill in the gaps in case I am unable to eat as healthy and balanced a diet as I would like. I take a multivitamin, probiotic cultures and bee pollen. I also add ground flax and chia seeds to everything I can. Any weight you lose while…

Oatmeal with ground flax and chia seeds plus an apple sprinkled with cinnamon and a cup of tea around 7 or 8am. Then I have a snack (fruit, yogurt, string cheese, etc) at about 10:30. That keeps me satisfied until lunch.
-
Lol those little things certainly do add up

I start my day with a black tea or coffee, then mid-morning I usually have green or oolong, with lunch I'll have a lemon or roobios, afternoons I usually go with green tea or coffee again then after dinner I'll have a cinnamon spice or chamomile.

Number one thing you can do is never fall into the trap of body-bashing yourself and, since it sounds like you already have that down, I don't see it being a problem. Second thing I would suggest is that you base all of your goals on acheivements that are not weight-oriented. Running an 8minute mile (for example)…

No meds other than the freezing shot they gave me. But yeah, I just really hate that feeling I get when I ingest too much salt - the only way I know how to fight it is to drink more water to flush my system but that doesn't seem to work lol
-
Salt water? Spit lol but I can still taste it really strongly after I spit, and even rinsing afterward doesn't entirely remove that salty flavor from my mouth. I don't like salt and I tend to react really drastically after a high-sodium meal. I feel dehydrated for days afterward, no matter how much I drink.

Some insurance plans in Canada will cover a tummy tuck procedure if you had an emergency C-section. But I don't know where you live lol

Tonight I'm making Spaghetti Squash "Lasagna" with extra lean, ground venison, black beans, veggies and fresh pasta sauce. I've never had it before so I'll give you the review later lol

Well I have improved my overall eating habits, drinking more water and teas and have been exercising more consistently since I started the green supplement, so I have had more energy and feel stronger and less hungry but it's difficult to attribute those changes to any single factor. I'm just curious if these type of…

When their skin starts to get that ashy-grey "feed me" tone to it.

Because of 'Honey, I Shrunk the Kids' That is all

Well, seeing how healthy foods (organic veg, lean meats, whole grain products and supplements) are so vastly more expensive than KD and pepsi, I'd say that healthy people are often the ones who are really being punished.

I personally have only ever used free-weights so I don't feel comfortable advising you on how to use a machine. However, I can tell you to take it easy to start, because the first workout will likely kick your *kitten* and leave you feeling discouraged if you try too much, too soon. Begin with light weights (8lb hand…

My husband is 6'4 with the metabolism of a racehorse. His only complaint is that he hasn't gained weight since he was 18. It certainly is frustrating when he eats bacon and 4 slices of bread with every meal, has a huge bowl of greasy popcorn every night and snacks on chips, soda and cookies throughout the day but never…

For inches loss around the bust, it is really dependent on whether you have excess fat on your back/torso area. I would recommend lifting weights to tighten up all over.

Timing of meals is actually quite crucial for some people. Studies have shown that, in groups of people who are the same weight and body type who eat the same number of calories each day, those who eat the bulk of their calories early in the day lose more weight than those who ate their largest meal in the evening. The…

Too much all at once. I won't say its impossible but the odds are not in your favor.

I weigh-in daily but I am aware that daily, weekly and monthly fluctuations can cause slight ups & downs so I only really "count" one weigh-in each week. I like Wednesdays, because that way, any excess salt/alcohol bloat from the weekend has been flushed away.
-
I prefer lifting over cardio any day of the week, but I am looking to bump up my weights and start putting on more lean muscle.

My husband and I can workout at the same time but not "together". He insists on doing this random, spontaneous, mish-mash workout with no plan or goal. Whereas I have to plan out my whole week, each workout is structured, organized and timed. But daily sex is our favorite activity, so the system works lol

I picked some up at Nutters, but I'm sure any health food store would have it - and some of the better supermarket chains.

I read The Hobbit when I was 5 (with help from my dad) and have been absolutely hooked on all thing Fantasy (and sci-fi) ever since). I've also been playing video games since I was 2-3 yrs old. I'm obsessed with the Legend of Zelda, and I am proudly passing on the noble tradition to my sons :drinker: I have read A Song of…

I would only seek advice from medical professionals on this one. Congrats on, you know, surviving :drinker:

My biggest change has probably been how often I eat. I now refuse to skip meals, particularly breakfast, and I eat regular healthy snacks. I feel like I'm always eating actually. And yet I've lost 11lbs in 2 weeks, so I guess I'm doing something right! :drinker:

My youngest is 11 months tomorrow lol, does that count?

I generally trust my body. if I'm under and I don't feel like eating, I just assume that my body has gotten everything it needs (unless I'm dramatically under-goal)

I tried making a Cauliflower crust pizza once. It didn't turn out perfectly lol. It tasted amazing but the crust was too moist and crumbly.
