Well that's good, but try taking the vitamin with something like olive oil or coconut oil (any fat will do) Most vitamins absorb more efficiently when taken with a lipid. I hope that helps :) And try getting outdoors more if you can - even when its overcast a little daylight and fresh air go a long way

Are you low in vitamin D? In the winter months I often get severely depressed from lack of sun. It really sucks and can totally derail my progress both in the gym and the kitchen.

Omg, I know! Cereal is like ambrosia lately - when I have it for breakfast its just kinda Meh but when I have the exact same cereal for dessert its like the most amazing thing ever! (I'm eating a bowl right now lol)

If you soak cinnamon in hot water it congeals and gets a snot-like texture - so gross! I used to try adding a little cinnamon to my coffee for calorie-free flavor but I couldn't get past the weird slimy glob *shudders*

Are you certain that you actually eating 2300+ calories every day? Your perception of portion sizes may still be skewed from your ED. If you aren't measuring and weighing foods already, I'd say that would be a great place to start

The premeasured packets are nice because there is less guesswork but you can make your own for cheaper and you can add your own flavors to it. I like to add ground flax and ground chia (1/2tbsp each), plus a little cinnamon and tsp of honey. Some days I'll mix in diced apples or a little yogurt to mix it up.

I don't eat rice very often, but when I do I usually go with whole grain basmati because it smells like heaven. I tried the white basmati but it isn't nearly as aromatic.
