Well I may be wrong but with MFP calculations you can eat your excercise calories back..takes that into account..where the other way you where describing...20% you don't eat them back. As far as whether the amount is right...hard to say don't know what your current weight is.

Well for me it is BREADS or anything flour based...sigh and too much sodium!!

I use truvia...love it ice tea...haven't baked with it tho and for some reason not a big fan of putting it in my coffee. I did just try some Blue Sky soda sweetened with truvia and it is good..tried cherry vanilla cream:drinker:

My husband and I try to eat foods that don't spike your bloodsugar ....low glycemic load foods. It has helped lower my husbands blood sugar numbers and seems to help with cravings and energy.We still eat carbs like fruit..veges..stay away from processed carbs.

Stabilize bars from Costco..sold in the nutrition/ beauty area. The come in mint chocolate or peanut butter...doesn't have a lot of crap in them. The mint chocolate chip taste like a girl scout cookie to me.

Well the good news is that you can count those hours on your feet at the Bistro!! and don't be so hard on yourself. If you are working late and eat what is available make sure you LOG your food and be aware of portion sixe and where you are at with your calorie intake. Good Luck:flowerforyou:

I believe if your sugars are coming from fruits and you are eating PROTIEN then no...there will be very little spike in your blood sugar. If you where eating white sugars daily and going over then that isn't so great, which your not so YIPPEE eat those strawberries.:drinker:

I know!!! I was trying to figure out a lunch from fast food place (boo I know but was working) and I was horrified to see how much sodium is in these foods...sigh
