  • I find it annoying whe you have enough cals left for something but not enough for something naugthy lol! I usually go for a small fruit salad or ome 99% fat free crackers (only 18 cals per cracker!) with some tomato, cucumber or low fat chese spread. Hope this helps :flowerforyou:
