First of all if you are working out, you are building muscle...and muscle is heavier than fat....but it eats up calories like crazy. Heavy Whipping cream is GOOD. change the sugar to agave. My mother in law lost 40 lbs on suzanne somers diet using cream without abandon!!! :)
