@csillers13 That's awesome. But how in the world are you eating back all the calories. That was the only reason I was cutting back on so much cardio. I love running, anywhere from 5k-10k, but starting this new plan, I couldn't see myself eating those calories back. ** Sorry for all the typos in previous post.

My understanding is that your metabolism is now working properly. Your body needs so much energy to basically run. Although you are upping your calories, you are probably still in deficit and are properly losing weight without the severe calorie restrictions. Go to the community EM2WL (eat more to weigh less). Thanks! I'm excited for this change. It's even hard for me to "rest" on my rest days.

Yeah, I want that feeling that I had a kick butt workout. After I run, I have a euphoric feeling, like a load has been lifted but not getting that with weights. But I will definitely take it slow. No injuries needed here. I just wanna make sure that I'm pacing myself while pushing myself.

I lost 11 or so on WW but after that I couldn't get that scale to move and I didn't feel I was eating enough. My allowed points were 26. So I'm really trying MFP hoping to get me to my goal weight

I'm also in the same boat. I have a stubborn 15lbs that seem to be holding on. I am 33 yo and love working out and got into 5k's this year. I have a great active 8yr that keeps me on my toes and fierce all at the same time. My husband is very supportive but I think he doesn't really understand because he wants to gain…

Very inspiring. What exactly did you do to slim your legs down cause that is my stubborn problem area. It drives me nuts. How long did it take.
