Low reps for strength although I like switching from high reps to low reps every other week.

deep squat 225x6 never really tried to load up the plates though. probably could do more?

you probably peaked out man. honestly i use to try and bump up the weight all the time but now that i lift lighter with better form i'm seeing way better results. if you can barely do pullups use the pull up assist machine and get 12 reps. doing 2 reps of your body weight is *kitten* all.

my strongest lift is only 195 but i'm only 5'7" 156 lbs lol

i just wait for my heart rate to drop below 125bpm before i do another set. sometimes long wait sometimes short.

just curious. how old are you? maybe stay away from working out until it goes away? what does your doctor say?

can you stay on their longer on the easiest level? do level 1 for like 15 mins. than do level 2 next week

you could try limiting the carbs (fruit) carbs are great though and fruit is good for you i do look leaner being dehydrated and hungry though...that's not really a great thing lol

alright thanks guys. i'll keep weight lifting for the next 2 weeks before my cardiologist appointment. Looks like they're gonna try something else to ease my mind.

i would honestly slow down and try and stay in zone 5. that zone has the most benefits for you. i've hit 200 before though during sprinting

I guess i get kinda anxious. Like hearing my heart pound in my head and feeling a lot of adrenaline. I keep thinking that my heart shouldn't be that high after only a set of weight lifting. ya my resting is 60bpm but the 120bpm is when im resting between sets. and i cant get it to go below that even after a 2 minute rest

my resting heart rate is like 55-63 i've had ecgs that all came out normal but my doctor never gave me an echocardiogram or stress test even though i've asked for one. canadian health care...
