Good for you! I just got on it 3 weeks ago as well. I had dieted and exercised for 2 years with no results. I lost 9 poinds in my first 13 days, but I have not lost any this last week,,, did your weight loss pattern resemble this? I am also having trouble getting a deep breath and yawning... I am calling my doctor…

To my knowledge you can't cancel out sodium. You may be more thirsty than normal due to the high salt intake. I would say just count it as a spike day and go on as normal. Drink what your body wants, but at least try to get your regular water intake as always! You deserve a special day with no worries on your Anniversary!…

I had it really bad for years. I even ended up in the emergency room because it was causing me so much pain. Ended up they diagnosed me with GERD and said the acid had eroded part of the flapper thing in my esophogus that goes to the stomach. That was the pain. I was on prilosec and tums and everything else in between for…

Remember, it's not about not eating much, it's about fueling your body. If you don't get the proper nutrition your body stores fat instead of burning it. Make sure you eat enough. Eat at least most of your exercise calories back, and weights are good, but make sure you get cardio in. I would alternate the days you do…

Thanks! I think I am leaning towards counting it as half the time and maybe geting me a little pedometer to be more accurate.. I decided on this because I am coming from a very seditary lifestyle and walking around and trying on clothes for a majority of the day is kind of a workout for me especially when it is hot outside…

I have a torn ACL ligament, I have had surgery once, and repaired the ligament and miniscus, and now I have re injured the knee not as severe but still prevents a lot of activities.

I am asking why I am not losing as much as i feel i should be.. most people have told me to eat more, but it is hard for me to do, because I am afraid I will gain! Maybe we should try the eat more thing!
