I have been at this a year and have not had much success. I have made an appointment with a dietitian. I am hoping it is going to be helpful and not a waste of money. Has anyone else been to a dietitian what was your experience like? Did it help you? What did the dietititan do to help you?

How long does it take to lose LBS when Lifting!

Shopping/Walking?
Does anyone count their shopping "walking" as exercise.... I usually count it as half the time because sometimes there is stopping so If it is 4 hours I count 2 hours at a slow pace 2.0 miles per hour... what do yall do?

Exercise Calories?
Should you eat your exercise calories? I stick to my regular allotted calories, but I had a friend tell me that if you are exercising you should eat more and you will lose more weight because eating less while exercising puts you in starvation mode.. anybody have any advics to offer on this subject?
