  • Morning, I started this yesterday too! Do most people do 2 days fasting? Only asking as other have mentioned doing more.
  • I use a titbit to aid my movement! My goal is 10,000 steps, 5 miles and 30 mins of activity a day. If I can manage that or more then I know I've had a good day but I still have to ensure my diet is healthy and balanced otherwise it would be pointless! Hope that is helpful
  • Firstly well done for seeking guidance. You need to do it your way and not be judged otherwise you won't take guidance again. Attempt to make a plan with the specialist and together work towards a goal. Please don't get stressed or it'll make you feel worse and could make the situation get out of control. I cannot…
  • Hi there! I'm from Hertfordshire, feel free to add me. I'm on here most days. Val

  • Blimey! I had to go back to the before piccys just to check out it was really you. You have changed soo much, good on you and respect!!
  • Congratulations! You look fantastic. Have you finished now or are you in such a great place that your stay as you are?
  • Wow! You did great, congratulations on all your hard work.
  • Please count me in! I'm 34 and turn 35 in August, am hoping to have a more toned figure by then pleaseeeee! Need all the motivation I can find and in turn I'll do my bit for you guys Xx
  • Fitness It makes me feel good to be a good role model or my kids to be active and fit. I can do soo much more now than 3 years ago when I weighed 2 stone more. My kids love the fact that I can do anything now!
  • Hi I'm aiming or 1240 kcals on non exercise days but am trying to be active most days! I'm 5 ft nothing, on a good day, and want to lose roughly 20 lbs. I really some motivation coz the weight isn't coming off.......
  • Hi, I'm more or less 5 ft and I'm 35 in August so pretty much the same as you! I'm aiming for 119 lbs at the mo but would live to be smaller but wanted to aim for a realistic goal first. Aiming for mid bmi but as I have big boobs I don't think I could go much smaller or I might look a bit wierd! Some support would be good…
  • People does flavoured water count? I drink at least one litre bottle a night at work, should I not be!
  • Thanks, great idea!
  • Firstly it's your choice how you choose to lose weight. I did the Cambridge diet in 2012. I lost 30lbs and have mostly maintained with the exception of holiday gains! There are 5 different levels ranging from under 500 calories to 1800 kcals. Depending on how much you want to lose and how quickly it depends on what level…
  • Hi there, I'm attempting to run, cycle and swim while on 1200 kcals and like you am finding it hard. It's doable but in order to do it I'm having to ensure that I eat back some of the exercise calories. Add me as a friend and we can support each other!
  • Hi, I'm from Berkhamsted, in Hertfordshire. Anyone is welcome to add me, attempting to log everyday!
  • Good to hear from someone roughly the same height as me, I'm 5ft. I've a minimum of 15lbs to lose but would love to lose 22lbs! I need all the encouragement and support I can get. Soo let's do it together!!!
  • Sorry! Well done, that's an amazing amount of weight lost. You must be very proud of yourself and I know you can reach your goal. Send me a friends request if you can stand the stupid comments!
  • I don't get a chance to have a break while on the ward so it's become a good way of getting through the shift. I'm not on earlys everyday.
  • Well done for losing weigh but a little confused, have you lost 115lbs or are you that weight? If so you wanna weigh 45lbs??!! (If I'm being silly its coz I've been up since 6am and am knackered!)
  • I'm 5 ft nothing and aiming for 119lbs but if the lbs continue to fall I would like to be a bit skinner but also toned. I started at 159lbs so my original goal is realistic, I hope!
  • Well done! Remember if this is a major over haul and you were quite heavy then the weight will fall off quicker. You will eventually start losing weight slower. Enjoy it while it lasts, your obviously doing the right things!
  • I started on here a week ago and am struggling a bit! I'll attempt to motivate you if you do the same for me, please!
  • I agree with everyone else in the fact the you need to be drinking lots of water. Also I swear by coffee, a couple of cups and a result! Good luck as I know it's a tough subject close to my heart too!!!
  • Add me! I'm a tad older, not much, but would love to lose 15lbs by the summer as that's my goal!
  • I'm in the UK! From Hertfordshire/Buckinghamshire border. Add me if u want!
  • add me!

  • Your not alone! I lost about 30lbs last year and when I look in the mirror I still see the lard *kitten* I once was. It doesn't matter how many times I am told that I look great and really slim I just can't see it. I'm continuing with losing weigh as I'm still not happy but I'm hoping that soon ill start to see what…
  • Thanks everyone for your words of support and encouragement. I lost just over 2 stones last year on the Cambridge diet and that was pure hell so i thought doing calorie counting would be a walk in the park! I've put on half a stone since June last year and think it because since qualifying as a nurse I'm doing lots of…
  • It's raining cats and dogs! Told hubby and kids were taking dogs out in a couple of hours before going out but just feeling soo low. How do you guys do it!
