  • I started Week 4 this weekend, and liked it much better than 3. Unfortunately, I did something to my back (not due to video) so think I better take a couple days off.

  • Just finished my last day of Level 3, which I did for 2 weeks. It was a killer! Day off tomorrow and Level 4 on Sunday! I'm definitely stronger and have more definition.

  • Congrats! I'm on my second week of week 3, and still not doing all advanced. There are a few movesI don't think I'll ever do the advanced on! My butt is so sore, too.
