I find it hilarious going through diaries and wondering how they made meal out of egg whites, cheese, ketchup and nutella. So hook me up and let's have a laugh. I cant' guarantee that I'll always log everything though.

I will leave the technical stuff for other so can only go by my own experience. My HRM calculates calories burnt from my heart rate, it knows my height, my weight and my age. My calorie burns are from Garmin HRM, also I compare it with the estimated calories burnt from the machine and also the calories that MFP suggests. As the latter is most of the time way over the mark, I go by my HRM. Photographic evidence can be provided.... :wink:
