I'm doing the 'No Diet Weekends' diet. 24hr fast on Mondays and Fridays (ie don't eat after the meal the day before), then 16hr fasts on Tues, Weds and Thurs. I don't have a very high opinion of Meal replacement diets, but that's my view. Just eat healthy (or healthier). There aren't any short cuts if you want to improve things in the long…

I did it for lent, so that's 6ish weeks right? So it's doable. Just not sure I want to do it again. The first glass you have at the end is well worth the wait though :)

I've splashed out and bought the Garmin 620, it's great for running, ok for cyling and water proof so good for swimming. Doestn track heart rate whilst swimming though. It went a bit bonkers when I did a 5k swim as it told me I did 10k (i wish!!). Good luck!!
