  • Still trying, not very successfully, to increase my water intake. Seem to do well for a few days and then forget .....so that is my major goal for this month .... That hopefully will help me to maintain my weight at goal.... Go for it everyone Jean

  • I found Pilates quite tough.......though I could tell it was doing me good so will certainly go back ..... Done a little run today ...3k.....something I am trying to get back into ......and still at goal weight at Weight Watchers weigh in.... Jean

  • I have found a Tai Chi class I can go to next week so looking forward to giving it a try...and tomorrow going to Pilates for the first time......did a 13k walk today..very hot and sweaty......it could be a good week I think! Jean

  • All going well here too......have got back into exercise to a certain degree....could do more...and will! Played tennis with my son yesterday - that was alot of fun...pity he lives 200 miles away and was only visiting! Still weigh exactly my goal....could do to be a couple of pounds below......but all good! Jean

  • Japan was fab...though we mainly only saw Tokyo, Kyoto, Kamamura and Nara.   • Just got back from Japan...an amazing place to visit....mainly Tokyo and Kyota...I think I ate quite well apart from a few evening coffee and cake sessions in the evenings..Starbucks! Even then we shared a cake. Walked a lot and will get weighed tomorrow morning to see what the damage is....... :) Jean

  • Well done for your good loss so far......I would suggest mixing things up a bit.....as others have said, try a different exercise, different foods, don't get too stressed about it...slowly but surely is good at our age...I am also 63! B) Jean
